Regarding Sadat Steel Mill

Sadat Steel Mill (Sadat-S) is one of the largest company of producing Re Bars in Afghanistan.
Sadat Steel Mill (Sadat-S) was inaugurated in 2017 in line with positive economic growth, job creation, economic self-sufficiency, reducing the import of steel structure, increasing the export of international quality irons abroad and meeting the needs, demands of our respected compatriots and began to work.
Also, the conditions of production, quality management and products of Sadat Steel are in accordance with the standards of ASTM A615 and GOST A5781.

Regarding Production activity

Sadat Steel Mill is one of the largest iron smelting and rolling factories with skilled workers, engineers, professional employees and advanced machinery by country level. that 60 and 75 grades Steel are produced by engraving a mark on the Steel bars from size 8 to 32 mm with brand mark (Sadat-S) according to ASTM A615 and GOST A5781 standards.

CNC-Roller Notching Machine

Sadat Steel Mill uses an advanced CNC machine to apply notches on iron rolls. By using this technology, the face on the skewers is created in a very regular way with precise and appropriate distances and dimensions, and this is very important for the stability and separation of the skewer from the concrete.
research has shown that the nature of the notch has a great impact on the resistance of the skewer against cyclic load and fatigue. According to the importance of this machine, Sadat Steel Mill uses an advanced CNC Notching Machine to apply a type of skewer notch. which gives the highest resistance for skewers in these cases.

Laboratory for testing the mechanical properties of products

Sadat Steel Mill, by using modern laboratory, determining its chemical composition and advanced rolling machines, adapted the required quality of the products from the beginning, and before bundling by using of advanced Universal Testing Machine, stretching and kneading test on its products with It performs ASTM A615 and ASTM E8 standard criteria and then markets the products. Sadat Steel Mill factory guarantees the quality and grade of its products. Also, the Elongation value of Steel Bars, grade 60 of this factory reaches up to 20%, and also the test of bending up to 180 degrees without any kind of (Crack) on the Bars produced by this factory. It is proven that the products have good resistance against incoming loads, rust and welding work.
